Yes, yes, yes, yes, no, NO!, yes, yes, YES, yes, no

Yes, I stayed in my pajamas for most of today.

Yes, I changed out of said pajamas to walk the dog and back in again.

Yes, I baked hamantaschen with the rest of the filling I had in the fridge.

Yes, they were absolutely delicious.

No, I haven’t eaten any vegetables yet today.

No!, I don’t feel a single pang of guilt.

Yes, I’m beyond grateful for the privilege of doing nothing.

Yes, I’ll be ready to get moving again by the time school starts next week.

YES, I’m excited for the slicer meet-up tonight!

Yes, I’m having fun with this Slice structure.

No, I have nothing else in my brain to write. =))

  1. Yes, this is a great structure for a post. Yes to wearing comfortable clothes around the house, even pajamas. No need to worry about next week until next week gets here. Yes to being excited about tonight’s meet-up. Enjoy.

    1. Oooh! Give it a try! I just put a bunch of yeses and no’s up at the top, then forced myself to answer them. It’s a fun kind of prompt, for sure.

  2. What a great format. Also, Pajama days are my favorite… sometimes I have been known to NOT change out of them for the dog walk . . . but if I do, I definitely put them right back on!

    1. I’ve gone on the dog walk with pajamas. Last time I did it there was a news crew around the corner because something happened in the neighborhood, so…..
